The Culprit...

Oh yeah, she looks so sweet and innocent!

So, Maggie had a stomach bug on Saturday.  I had run into the store while Ray waited in the car with the kids.  I came out and knew immediately from the look on Ray's face that Maggie had thrown up.  He does not do well with throw up.  I had to go home and clean her car seat (BTW, I love Britax car seats, but I hate that you can't remove the straps because nothing gets the smell of puke out except a washing machine).  She proceeded to throw up for the rest of the night, even in her crib once-yes, even more cleaning for mom!!  She seemed to be over it in the morning, but Ray stayed home from church with her because I had to teach primary.   Well, Ray had an emergency with work and had to leave about 1 yesterday (his assist. manager was doing a fumigation and almost blew up the building- lots of messy stuff for Ray to work out-eventually the DEQ was called by haz mat and was told that it was a meth lab :), but that is a whole other story!) and didn't get home until almost midnight.  I wasn't feeling very well all night, but when he got home I started throwing up- I will spare you the gory details but it lasted ALL night.  Grace came up a few minutes after my sickness began and she started throwing up.  There is nothing sadder than your child throwing up and crying at the same time!!  Luckily she is old enough to understand throwing up where you are supposed to.  About an hour later Ray starts throwing up!!!  Needless to say, it was a very long night.  I am praying that Elliot doesn't get it, but he probably will!

Poor Grace!

I know it's not funny, but the thought of all of you throwing up at the same time...kind of made me laugh. I'm evil.

Who knew Ray would have so many adventures with this job. Can't wait to hear about the meth lab.

Hope you're feeling better, especially the little ones. I love the pics of Gracie and Maggie. I miss those cute girls!

Awww, so sad. (But I kind of have to agree with Les-all of you at the same time?? Do you even have that many toilets?) I hope Elliot doesn't get it too.
I have never seen this before, but I think Maggie is starting to look like you Becky!

Ohhhhh Becky, I feel for ya. There's nothing worse than sick kids! I think having all the kids sick at once was when I really thought I wouldn't survive. No sleep, piles of puke laundry, no fun... Hope it passes soon! And you're right; Maggie IS adorable!!!

I'm as guilty as the rest. I laughed first, and THEN I felt sad over the image of you all, up in the middle of the night, throwing up. Let's really hope Elliot beats the odds on this one.

And yeah, when do we get to hear about the meth lab?!

So far, so good with Elliot. It seems as though we dodged a bullet with that one...knock on wood!

As far as the meth lab goes, that was like a game of telephone gone disturbingly wrong!! But they did show up and hosed Tom and Larry down for practice, like they would with a real meth lab!! This all happened before Ray got there, luckily!
