Well, it looks like we probably aren't going to have a white Christmas this year. We haven't had any snow since the beginning of November.
As it turns out that's all we've gotten so far. I'm not complaining, it's much better for business, but the kids sure love it when it snows! Elliot went out and built his own snowman.
Maybe we'll have better luck in January! (or not :) )
We got a 6 inch snowfall in October, but since then, the frosty mornings is as close as we have gotten. Ugh. I like to see a little snow, myself. Instead, we have green, green grass (that we cut the Monday after Thanksgiving, and it may need to be cut AGAIN), but no leaves on trees. Ugh.
"Be kind. Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle."
~Marjorie Pay Hinkley
"My dear sisters, do not pray for tasks equal to your abilities, but pray for abilities equal to your tasks. Then the performance of your tasks will not be a miracle but you will be the miracle."
~Thomas S. Monson
"The Lord works from the inside out. The world works from the outside in. The world would take people out of the slums. Christ would take the slums out of the people, and then they would take themselves out of the slums. The world would mold men by changing their environment. Christ changes men, who then change their environment. The world would shape human behavior, but Christ can change human nature."
~Ezra Taft Benson
"The more you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go."
~Dr. Suess
"People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of having an ulterior motive. Be kind anyway. If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway. If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway. For, you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It never was between you and them anyway." ~Mother Theresa

No snow so far in Boise. I'm okay with it though. :)
