Happy Birthday Elliot!!

Elliot turned 3 this past Sunday.  I can't believe he is already 3!!  Sometimes I look at him and am so surprised by how big he is.  We had a fun party after church with just our family.  Grace seemed to enjoy the presents as much as Elliot! :)  Elliot loved his train table, now he can play with his train set grandma and grandpa gave him for Christmas anytime he wants!  Ray was teaching him the finer points of basketball!

Becky! It's so great to see your fam- they are adorable and growing up FAST! Isn't the blogging world so much fun? I love being able to keep up with long-lost friends... I'm terrible about updating my own blog, but love feeling connected to so many old friends. I'll check in on yours often! Take care-

Happy birthday Elliott!! YOu are such a big boy now. Jack loves his train too and plays with it every day. You two can become great basketball stars and make your mamma's lot of money! I think we should post pictures of the kids on the family blog when it is their birthday's like we have been for the adults. Becky, since you have so much down time with your sick kids you should start with Elliott's since his is the first birthday of the year. Okay, I know you are super busy with sick kids. Honestly, I am pretty nervous about the third one and I still have over 30 weeks to go. Anyway, you are a great mom and your kids and Ray are lucky to have someone as great as you!! I know they have a kids Airborne out or you can just break a regular one in half. I have given that to Mia in the past. I think both Elliott and Grace could both use it and my obsessive friend makes her kids bathe every day for fear of germs. Her son is in Pre-school too and he comes right home, bathes and changes clothes. Sounds like a lot of work but you never know. Lori

Haha, gotta love the Dr. Thunder! Jason saw it and said, "That's so VanderLouw" or something like that, I can't remember exactly. So do you miss Albuquerque enough to move back there? It's looking more and more likely that's where Jason is going to be transferred in June.
Happy Birthday Elliot, you sweet boy! I miss you guys!
